Model Agreement

This Model Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of signing by and between:

Photographer: Jenna Gallagher / Jenna Gallagher Photography (“Photographer”)
Model: “Model”

1. Purpose of Agreement:

1. The Model agrees to participate in a promotional photography session conducted by the Photographer. The images captured during this session will be used for promotional purposes across various social media platforms and marketing materials.

2. Shoot Details:

1. The photography session must take place before April 4, 2025.
2. The session is provided at no cost to the Model.
3. The Model will receive 1 coloured fully edited image and 1 image in format that will be used in the promotion from the session at no charge.
4. The provided images will include the Photographer’s watermark.
5. The Model understand there is no studio, as the photographer will go to the Model

3. Usage Rights & Permissions:

1. The Model grants the Photographer full rights to use, publish, and distribute the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and printed marketing materials.
2. The Model understands and agrees that they will not receive monetary compensation for participation in this session.

4. Image Integrity & Editing Restrictions:

1. The Model agrees not to alter, edit, or apply filters to the images in any way, including but not limited to cropping, color adjustments, or modifications.
2. Any edits must be performed solely by the Photographer.

5. Boudoir Photography Notice:

1. The Photographer specializes in boudoir, lifestyle, and commercial photography. While this promotional session may not involve boudoir photography, the Model acknowledges that the images may be associated with the Photographer’s overall brand, which includes boudoir work.
2. If the Model has concerns regarding this association, they must notify the Photographer prior to the session.

6. Acknowledgment & Release:

1. By signing below, the Model acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms of this Agreement. The Model grants permission for their likeness to be used as described above and releases the Photographer from any claims related to the use of the images.
